Cannot Resolve Schema Location Attribute. An error occurred at (3,4)...

You can get this error when working with SourceSafe (or any source control system).
Someone else adds schemas to the project, and you might get a new copy of a schema that references those schemas, but forgot to get the schemas themselves.
